Synopsis
Aurora (Sophie Sloan) lives in a quiet apartment building under the care of her foster parents, but she becomes fixated on the strange behavior of her neighbor Resident 5B (Mads Mikkelsen). She believes he is connected to a hidden world of violence after witnessing him operating in the city at night. Her warnings about a lurking presence beneath her home are dismissed until her reality begins to fracture. 5B, tied to covert operations led by Laverne (Sigourney Weaver), is pulled into Aurora's fears as outside forces converge and the apartment becomes a focal point of escalating danger.
